Basic (3 Hours)

Advanced (5 Hours)
Includes everything in the Basic training, plus:

Nosebleeds: safe steps and when to seek help

Burns: how to respond, what not to do

Insect bites and stings: recognising mild vs. serious reactions

Spinal safety: when not to move someone and why

Understanding shock and how to respond

Bandaging basics: small cuts, sprains, and support

Extended roleplay scenarios: playground fall, bike accident, kitchen burn, sports injury

Team activities and first aid relay exercises to reinforce learning
